Slurry Broadcast Systems
In areas where coatings or sealers are not
enough protection, aggregate-filled epoxy
flooring can provide the answer. The
system combines 100% solids epoxy
and graded silica aggregate to achieve a
high-density overlay with outstanding
resistance to impact and abrasion. Our
slurry broadcast systems may be applied
from 1/16 - 1/4 inch thick depending upon service conditions. When a decorative appearance is desired, multi-
colored quartz aggregate can be broadcast into clear resin to create an
attractive and durable floor, especially suitable for commercial and
institutional applications. The texture on all APF slurry broadcast floors
can be varied from a nearly smooth "orange peel" to aggressively slip-
resistant for wet areas. |
Our Slurry Broadcast Systems
APF Seamless Epoxy Quartz System
Seamless epoxy-quartz flooring shall consist of 100% solids clear
Epoxy 400 or Epoxy 600, APF Slurry Filler, 20-30 mesh Monterey
type sand and 28 mesh color quartz aggregate.
APF Seamless Aggregate System
Seamless flooring system to consist of 100 percent solids chemical
and heat resistant epoxy resin binder, graded fine silica fillers, and
20-30 mesh quartz or Monterey type sand.
APF Seamless Slurry Broadcast System
Our Seamless Slurry Broadcast System is an 1/8" thick, aggregate-filled epoxy flooring system, that is a combination of low viscosity, 100% solids epoxy resin and different types of aggregate fillers. These materials form a seamless,
monolithic flooring system suitable for many heavy use areas.
Broadcast aggregate is usually 20 - 30 mesh silica.
