CastorCrete® Cove Mortar (CM)

APF CastorCrete Cove Mortar (CM) is a trowel-applied cementitious polyurethane mortar installed at 1/8 inch (3.18 mm) to1/4 inch (6.35 mm) thick and 4 inches (10.2 cm) to 6 inches (15.2 cm) high. Resistant to impact and abrasion APF CastorCrete CM is unaffected by hot cooking oils, animal fats, and common solvents.  APF CastorCrete CM is formulated to compensate for the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion of concrete. APF CastorCrete CM can endure regular cleaning and water temperatures reaching up to 212°F (100°C).

APF CastorCrete CM is a rapid turnaround flooring solution for businesses that must minimize downtime. It can be returned to service in 24 hours after installation. APF CastorCrete CM contains low VOCs, and is made with a natural, sustainable raw material.

APF CastorCrete CM may be top-coated with CastorCrete TC, a cementitious polyurethane topcoat to create uniformity of appearance and performance. APF CastorCrete CM may also be top coated with APF Polyaspartic 7500, Polyurea 5100, Epoxy 600, and Epoxy 900 for enhanced chemical, abrasion, and UV resistance.
