APF VaporSolve® Ultra System is designed for use over concrete with high moisture levels for the purpose of isolating the concrete from moisture-sensitive flooring.
APF VaporSolve Ultra System is composed of VaporSolve Primer andVaporSolve LP (Low Perm, required for applications conforming to ASTM F3010.) APF VaporSolve Primer is a deep-penetrating, water-based epoxy primer offering deeper penetration and better adhesion when applied to silicate contaminated concrete. APF VaporSolve Joint Filler is a dedicated product to fill stable, non-dynamic joints and cracks for a complete moisture vapor resistant systems. A finish coat of APF VaporSolve LP, a low-viscosity, hydrophobic resin that greatly reduces the possibility of concrete out gassing. Total system thickness is 16 mils. Designed to isolate moisture sensitive flooring from all levels of moisure intrusion.
USES
As undercoat for APF epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic/ polyurea floor coatings & toppings.
As undercoat for sheet good, VCT, mastic applied, plank, and other flooring products that are sensitive to excessive concrete moisture vapor emissions.
